I've bashed through 200 pages of the young team in less than a week since I picked it up. The midpoint discussion of drug paranoia and dependency almost had me greeting w how real all these feelings are to so many of us. Agnes' garden is really an image I'll not forget.
It's how you move forward that matters folks, not looking back w only regret.

I got this book on Audible and it’s Graeme reading the story. It’s soo much better hearing it rather than reading it’s class the way he speaks the story.

Cannot wait for the second book. Picked up The Young Team last summer on a whim and was convinced I wouldn’t like it - how wrong was I? One of the best books I have ever read.

Graeme... if you want more dough...
Publish an edition of your book "the young team" written in standard English. I'm scottish and I can't be bothered reading all the jargon, therefore I'm assuming all other nationalities wouldn't be able to understand.
Standard edition and also English edition.

Beautifully described game of cat n moose wi ursel mate ! It's all jist a ride , and when you find ursel so many times, eventually it's just a case of surrender to the person that you found and stop losing your-self ! 😎🤔gb.odaat
