Who calls 911 and don’t say they saw someone in their house until 16 min later in the phone call… not to mention he said it’s my fault and it was heard on that call!! He guilty as hell 😑
@@mel-kt3leagree he never talks about finding who murderer is. The time line doesn’t fit, long time he was off phone until 911 call. Bench sucks with female attorney misrepresented Josh history. Mental health started to fall apart AFTER parents died. She is so biased.

Was AJ tested for finger prints on his parents gun or checked for gun powder dust or DNA evidence on his body and clothes. Another report says that the sergeant who went there to make a report said he touched Armostrong gun with his bare hand which doesn’t make sense
That’s not good and I heard that no testing of the gun either because they claimed that the standard doesn’t recommend testing on the kind of gun found in the house.
Let the family asked "Reasonable Doubt", to take a look at this case. Maybe they shall accept that AJ did this crime or help them to get him out of prison.
That woman on the Bench is so prejudiced and biased to presenting AJ as normal teen. No he isn’t and she favors Defense it really bothers me all Rick does is attack state, state evidence was clear and hard to refute. Hating “dropping nuggets” with all stupid tricks like throwing alarm records into garbage. Rick acts like he knows more than blood evidence. State had lots of other evidence not just blood
That’s not exactly true, half of your genes comes from your mom, 23 genes from male, 23 genes from female to equal 46. There will be some similarities but not totally same. But could connect the DNA being related you’re right
Finding him guilty goes far beyond AJ not crying or showing distress. He shot the murder weapon in his room before murders and lied about it. AJ was not on his phone only from 1:08 AM to the time he called police. Alarm system was on and AJ set off motion sensors when he went down to 2nd floor and 1:25 sensor off in kitchen area, he turns off alarm system when police arrive @1:46. AJ never went to check on parents after calling 911, never mentioned seeing someone running in his house but doesn’t mention it until he was in interview room, not at time of 911 call
Not once did he call for his parents. Even if you heard gun shots, you're calling for your parents..... talking about a crack in the door but you don't push it open and call for them. You see a mask man but you don't mention that in the 911 call.. something so pertinent...he did it
The other brother was home with witnesses and left his place after AJ called him. He also owned a gun and why would he look around for his dad’s gun. If Josh was so crazy how did he commit a perfect crime. AJ was in a house with an alarm system on and working, his phone shows no activity from 1:08 until police arrive some 40 minutes later and AJ shuts off alarm with police at locked door
What about AJ waiting to call the police? While his dad suffered and breathed heavily

Notice how AJ makes little to no mention of catching the people that killed his mother and father....

This is just sad all the way around and most of all something not right about this case… May the truth be revealed 🙏🏽
I agree. It took them seven years to find the blood evidence
There is plenty of evidence if you look closer... And I would have problem to pronounce him guilty
@@Gmancro929 I wouldn't. Thought he was guilty from day one. Everything pointed to him and him alone.

I am so sorry, read your post wrong, you are so right, he is guilty, no one else could have done these murders! Sorry
GUILTY
He got off twice not a third time he shouldn’t be out their making babies the kid gone be without a dad…
Where are the rest of the episodes? Did they not post Thursday and Friday episodes
This seems to be a trend with these rich kids..the mendez brothers..Tarzans son...
the waste all tax payer money, they knows he did it
26:16 lol my a** thought that was AJ behind the board about to take them out TOO 🤦🏽♀️
If his brother did it, why hasn’t he been arrested?
That’s what I was wondering. But I think AJ has to be guilty. No prosecution is going to be this dedicated unless the evidence supports it.
But then again it’s HPD. 🤦🏽♀️
HIS BROTHER DIDNT DO IT

No cameras? Nothing like a secret court proceedings.🙄😑
And a gag order too
HPD def dropped the ball on this case because AJ def did it
Police touched the gun without gloves. Then must have wiped it.
😢😢😢😢 did his mother wake up when he shot his dad?
Mental health
But at AJ defense I mean Aj Senior is Aj Jr Dad so it's not gone be a big difference in the DNA 🧬
