    For a few years now, I have truly enjoyed the consumption of mandarins. They are sweet, and just big enough and I have always thought that they were very healthy. Now, you have given me even more reason to continue to eat them. Your information is amazing and God bless you for sharing this information.

    Mandarins along with ALL BRIGHTLY COLORED fruits AND vegetables will unquestionably provide incredible health benefits if consumed regularly. I am 86 and eat all the above mentioned and I can truthfully state that they have provided me with perfect health since I first made them a part of my daily diet in 1967. Admittedly I don't smoke or drink alcohol, and I'm also a vegetarian, but I have no doubt that it is my diet of fruit and vegetables that is the reason that I am in such good health.

    I often eat 2 mandarin oranges a day as I have gluten intolerance and the fiber in them improves moving fiber thru my intestines....thus improving elimination...and they taste good as they are juicy and solve my sweet tooth. I don't eat candy except dark chocolate for the magnesium; zinc and iron.

    The question I have is what caused all the ailments that mandarins can cure.
    By finding the cause of the problems mentioned then there would be no need for a cure

      @@meshackgaolathe6492 most things you watch talk about cures etc .
      Our bodies are processing plants.
      When something goes in it must be sorted , processed and distributed .
      When we eat something that is not actually food then the process just became a lot more difficult.
      Factory processed food in a box full of artificial sweeteners, colors and preservatives will cause long term damage that will sneek up .
      Our body just can't deal with the amounts of poison we eat.
      Vegetable oil , margarine, aspartame
      high fructose corn syrup , modern flour, food grown in round up treated areas , farmed fish, animals fed with anti biotics and grain , sugar rich food , processed meat like salami etc. Carbonated drinks especially during a meal destroys digestion but most kids these days do it . Just go to McDonald's and watch .
      Eat a thousand mandarins as well as the stuff above and your ailments will remain then the doctor will say
      "You are eating too many mandarins Here take these drugs "

      @fatimalomibao6148 2 หลายเดือนก่อน +2

      It's one of the fruits that's low in fructose and will not spike blood sugar. I actually consume 6 or more mandarins a day and no side reaction on me. I prefer mandarins grown in USA than from other countries, it has nicer textures and sweeter than mandarins from other countries. 😂😂😂😂😂😂

      @@fatimalomibao6148 Thank you! That's interesting. Someone should list the different & variant characteristics and similarities of all the numerous citrus fruits. I only know to consume whole fruits, not fruit juice without fibre.
