The president of India can seek the advice of Supreme Court in the matters related to interpretation of the constitution. B. It is binding upon the Supreme Court to advise the president. C. The president is not bound to accept the advice given by Supreme Court. D. The government can make the necessary amendments in the proposed legislation on the advice of the Supreme Court. The answer B is correct by government in examination .bt according to 143-2 it wrong answer plz help me to know the right with reference book so I can challenge this and get score
yes answer B is correct...because supreme court is not bound to advise the President in selected matters....have a look at this text - Article 143(2) the Supreme Court is under an obligation to answer the questions put to it, under Article 143(1) it is discretionary for the Supreme Court to answer or not to answer the questions put to it.
