  • You may remember the horrific murder of Telford girl Georgia Williams who was befriended & then killed by sadistic monster Jamie Reynolds.
This made shockwaves all over the Town of Telford & really captured the imagination of many, including the media. As any infamous murder goes in Britain this was covered by the press & this was unlucky for one man, Jamie Reynolds best friend Lee Wincott.

This is less of an interview and more of a man being allowed to talk through and process what has happened not only to him but G, her family and his family. Well done Central

First time learning of what happened to G, shocked to my core with how horrific her death was.
No words can describe the betrayal G experienced, RIP cariad.
Lee, I hope you read this and know you and your story, G’s life and the many others who would have suffered at this man’s sadistic hands have touched me and I will never forget you all ❤
Some commenters unhappy with the format of the interview, however this is such an emotional story and a very human response to what Lee experienced. Thank you for sharing your story.
Big up Central Club! Yet again 10/10❤
Thank you for bringing awareness to domestic violence and violence against women on your channel ❤

This was a hard watch, watching this interview is my first time hearing about this awful story and the pain this man has been through is evident when he speaks on what happened, wishing him healing! Glad he's still here! Truly awful what happened to that young girl and I hope the media learn from this, heart breaking from all angles

So horribly sad. The last person anyone expects to do something so horrendous is someone close to you - I can't imagine the shock Lee went through. I can't fathom how much guilt he likely harbours for being close to this guy and not realising (that's if there was any clues to notice - Reynolds seemed to hide it well and showed a different face around friends). So interesting and insightful to watch 💙

This needs more Views!!! Newspapers are disgusting too often.
This happens more often then you would think . Unfortunatly not uncommon.
In my Country wrongly accused PPL of high Profile crimes, get a propper excuse, plus Paiment from the Newspaper is not uncommon, (after a Trial mostly unfortunatly) but still.
And the Mainstream Meda Reports on that for atleast 2 Days.

    • @JayCheese
      @JayCheese หลายเดือนก่อน +1

@thecentralclub yeah I did want to but couldn't at the time. For me, the best interviews are ones that get to the heart of the matter pretty quickly. If I recall, the first 7 minutes are spent, for lack of a better term, self flagilating on why Lee chose you and what you wanted from the interview.
Then, after that, Lee was left to go down tangents that didn't really go anywhere to the point where at one point Lee finishes his sentence by trailing off a little and saying, "Yeah."
This is obviously and understandably a clearly emotive subject for Lee, and although the subject should always be left to say as much as possible, it's the interviewers job to direct, which was lacking in this.
This is from my perspective, and obviously , I enjoyed it, but I couldn't get past 20 minutes cus... you just lost me. Which is a shame. Your short grabbed my attention.
Apologies for being blunt in the first comment, I'm not a random hate poster, I wasn't sure you'd care, but I'll give you a like and follow 🙂

Not to be negative but it really distracts from what is being done & annoying random sounds send me mad, had to keep skipping bits

@thecentralclub it was a good chat, just don't see how that respects anybody? Either don't mention the name or do. Half hearted approach makes it look like you're pretending to be concerned but still using the name to get hits. Which I'm sure you're not, it just doesn't look great!

Horrific what happened to G and what the media did. Thanks for highlighting his story.
A bit of feedback though that I hope you don’t mind. I think there is a lot of editing that could be done here to help keep interest and the story flow better. There are also a lot of bits, like at the start, that weren’t relevant and went on for too long. Nearly two hours is going to loose a lot of people. Or if you want to keep in full maybe add those sections to the video so people can skip ahead if they want.
Also those noises in the background were quite distracting.
Overall though, wishing this guy all the best

@@thecentralclub Jaime Reynolds was investigated and charged 4 years before G's murder , when he kidnapped and attempted to kill another 16 yr old girl , Another separate incident of a local girl he drove his car into after she had refused his advances . Now your telling me his best mate at the time had no idea ? a small possibility sure but not exactly the sob story of the century .... Jaime Reynolds own step father took in a sample of snuff movies he found openly in his step sons room ..... and this dude got mis identified .... not exactly;y the focus of the story eh ?
