Hi girl how are you I'm so excited to visit trip in December my focus is doing my research I'm obsessed learning about dominican republic my ss now is only 850.00 plus I work part-time, my question to you is America wants blood just to lease an apartment is dr the same way. With credit check making 3x what you make just to rent a cheap apt i know work is probably not an option would they allow me to rent an apartment with a budget of 900.00 a month
It depends on the area you decide to rent. In some areas they ask for 3 months up front. 2 are deposits that are returned to you when the lease is up and 1 for the contract. Other areas it 2 deposits and the first month rent plus a $50 to $100 application fee.
