When I used to live in Bellingham, WA ages ago (near the Canadian-US border) there was a guarantee that there was at least ONE person like that outside of most bars on weekends. I’d say Seattle or other areas too but Bellingham is just a very strange microcosm so it’s much more noticable.

what I love about Shayne's humor too is that it is so detailed and well rounded. he just KNOWS how to hit the nail perfectly into the coffin. the progression of his bits made it even funnier. the first time he introduced the character he kept it pretty basic, because the bit intself was phenomenal. but after people are already familiar with it, he still makes it funny like a first time by showing more sides of the character or making him more unhinged and ridiculous. he really understands the nooks and crannies of humor.

He could have said anything and I would have lost it immediately, and I don’t know how anyone resisted for any amount of time. Shayne is just so funny 😂 Also I love the way Ian turns around to look at him 😂 and Courtney’s uninterested and uncomfortable reactions are also gold.
