I’ve been a carpenter for over 50 yrs. I like your jig. Keep it simple. That’s always the best way. Thanks for sharing.

Other TH-cam channels don’t have your voice or your patience. After listening to your quick deploy bracelet tutorial I think I might actually be able to make one. Going to try anyway. Going to have to make me a jig first. Awesomeness!

This has been really helpful to me. I feel confident now about having a go myself and making something very similar to yours. Good video . Thank you. ☺️👍 From the UK .

Just found your video and wanted to thank you for the great idea!
Dont have many power tools specially the ones required to cut the middle opening on a 2x4 so thanks to you im inspired to make my own and actually have just the leftover wood for it!
Then again thank you and i hope you are well.

I like. I like. The simplicity is great and you can add accessories if need be. Will be making one instead of paying to import the same thing.

Very nicely done. Thanks for keeping it simple. I would suggest gluing wet/dry 320 or 400 grit sandpaper to the sides of the blocks that run along the rails to prevent slipping if tension on a cord being braided gets high. And maybe glue 1/16” rubber sheeting to the bottom to protect the surface you are working on and discourage the jig from moving about (also allows one clamp to be sufficient to hold it steady on work surface). Just thinkin.
