After all, not only had Clayman's scheming led to the dreadful attack on Tempest it also prevented Rimuru from being there when it happened, where he could have mitigated and even prevented many of the losses. Because of all those who had to suffer Death's embrace due to Clayman's quest for power Rimuru could have given him 20X as many punches and we would have called out for more

I'm afraid it's far too late to talk about any kind of "redemption" when the author has worked overtime to force forgiveness for a character who hasn't received her dues for such a disgusting and ultimately UNNECESSARY sequence of events. Nobody asked for Gabi Braun. And we still do not want Gabi. Luckily, Ms. Seidel understood full well how upsetting that scene was and didn't try to downplay how much it affected many of us. "There is no Attack on Titan without Sasha", people. Glad she was more humble about it than any of Gabi's worst defenders tend to be.
#1 was a no brainer, the celestial dragon Punch in One Piece has been in the top 3-5 of almost every single “best anime punches” lists for years and since this one is specifically “Most deserved anime punches” there’s no way it wouldn’t be here regardless. It’s a spectacular moment beginning to end with Hachi’s apology leading to a punch that literally changed the direction of the entire story.
As far as my list of favorite one-piece moments goes, it actually comes in at 3rd, behind Luffy defeating Lucci and Luffy one-shotting that Pacifista when he returns from the timeskip. It's still one of my top moments of all time for anime in general though. Top 10.

There is actually two punches from non anime series that are well deserved ones that I have seen. One is in Wakfu where Percedal punches the rouge Remington Smiss after he shoots and injures Evangeline and another in How to train your dragon race to the edge where Hiccup punches Snotlout and knocks out three of his teeth.
If Homura Akemi gets a hard and we'll deserved punch in the face in the sequel to Rebellion it better be on another top list of well deserved punches in the face in anime.
They should've included Simon punching Rossiu, considering how he betrayed everyone and was so quick to abandon hope. Even though the first punch played well into that moment. Her character got better in the second part, and no one can change my mind on that

There is actually two punches from non anime series that are well deserved ones that I have seen. One is in Wakfu where Percedal punches the rouge Remington Smiss after he shoots and injures Evangeline and another in How to train your dragon race to the edge where Hiccup punches Snotlout and knocks out three of his teeth.
