I noticed clearly that Borg's backhand stroke has changed. The swing is a lot shorter now than the usual when he was no. 1 !! I wonder why.

Borg's footwork was in his prime his best weapon. No footwork, no Borg.
This is just a kind of a better senior tennis.
Connors flat strokes kept him in play through the 80s.
