It works. I have 4c hair and applied ONLY this gel!!! Then I added warm water when it started to bead up. Took a lot of ark work but it was worth it. 🤗 My hair feels so smooth and silky.

Little oil to seal in moisture helps me to avoid flaking. I tend to use Flaxseed gel because it plays well with my leave in

Thanks so much!! I was really worried that I would have to wash my hair and I HATE washing my hair, it’s thick at first but once I finish washing, it’s so thin! I would have to moisturize it and I have a lot of hair so it take forever, then I have to worry about flakes!! But this method takes it out so easily, and now my puff is thriving!!

Or you can just wash out the part that has the gel on the edges...I saw it on ChicNatural's channel. I think she only had gel on her edges. She covered up her bun with a stocking cap and a plastic cap while she rinsed.

Ok what kind of shampoo removes gel? I uses some gel on my horse mane and she has flakes. I’ve tried horses shampoo. Does not remove it.
