Exploring Fram - The Polar Exploration Museum

We took the Hop on Hop Off Bus from the Port of Oslo to Bygdøy (Museum Island). Our main stop: the Fram Museum, home to two incredible ships you can explore.
The highlight of the museum is the world’s strongest wooden ship, the polar ship Fram. Step on board and tour its cabins, lounges, cargo hold, and engine room. The immersive audio and visual experience will make you feel like you're at sea on the Fram.
We also tour the Gjøa, the first ship to sail through the entire Northwest Passage. Don't miss this fascinating journey into polar exploration!
