That poutine dish from Red Rose Taverne WAS a regular item on their menu ( before the pandemic). I was sad when they no longer had it after the park reopened. It was one of my favorites. It had waffle fries instead of taters. Thanks for the vid!😊

Oh now that I think about it I do remember they had a poutine dish! I don't remember how they tasted though and I do think it probably worked better with waffle fries

They do have a late night menu that has that classic poutine dish on it. I think it starts at like 7/8pm
