Finding My Mission and Embracing My Inner Light with Simona's Inner Dance Training @sisi.academy

"I am Danielle Helmer. I just wanted to share with you my experience with the Inner Dance training I had with Simona. As the training is starting on Sunday, I’m already so excited and have this tingling sensation just thinking about what the students are going to experience-it’s pure magic.
When I started the training, I had so many ideas, but I was feeling stuck. I didn’t know which direction to go in or how to approach anything. Everything felt heavy and confusing, but I knew I had some mission to follow, I just didn’t know how. After the training, I came back feeling really anchored in my mission. I understood where I needed to go and felt empowered, especially after seeing Simona.
Simona, being herself, embodies the sacred feminine so beautifully. She’s kind, soft, gentle, nurturing, yet she is so anchored in herself and in her mission. She knows what she’s offering, where she’s going, and understands her purpose. It’s so beautiful to see her shine in such an authentic way. I thought to myself, "I want to do that. I want to shine too, and let my light shine."
I came back with a clear sense of purpose, and my mission was finally clear. I started my business a month later, so it definitely impacted my life. Personally, I’ve always loved life, but after Inner Dance, I fell in love with life completely. I see magic everywhere now. I'm reminded that I am more than just a physical body-I am energy, and I’m connected to the Earth, the planets, the stars, the sun, the moon. We’re all interconnected, and it's just so beautiful. It really puts everything in perspective: less stress, less worry, more presence, and enjoyment of the little mundane things in life.
I just enjoy every moment of my life, feeling blessed and knowing that I chose this human experience. I chose to be here, and that fills me with pure joy. I highly recommend this experience to any woman out there. It's so vital to be reminded of who you truly are and to reconnect with your essence. It gives you a boost of love, joy, and magic, especially when we get so stuck in the everyday life and take everything so seriously. With Simona, you’re reminded that life is magic and love, and that you can laugh, reconnect with your inner child, live joyfully, and still follow your mission. You can be powerful, impactful, and still help others. It’s such a beautiful experience.
I am forever grateful for Simona and her training. If she ever does a Level 2, I’ll be back. I feel this is something I need every few years in my life. One week of training with Simona felt like I did 10 years of therapy. Really. It’s no joke. At times it was difficult, but she held us with so much love and compassion that I felt safe. I could be vulnerable yet safe, and I could open up my heart and soul. There were moments I would have never shared with a professional, but here, you really dig deep. It’s not easy work, but it’s so worth it. The environment is so loving.
Just go and do the work. It’s so worth it. You come out in awe of yourself, the work you’ve done, and the life you’ve chosen. I can’t recommend this training enough. It is life-changing. So, thank you, Simona." @danynicole
