thank you for subtle soft music, i don’t mind silence and am here to watch and hear your commentary, just watching in silence isn’t as good as hearing your play by play. You make adorable doll clothes, I’m in full production for my granddaughter, it’s my break from work, so relaxing and a great creative outlet
You’re welcome 😊 Your granddaughter is lucky to have you creating for her. I have great memories of the many hours my grams spent teaching me to sew and the array of outfits lovingly made by her and my mom.
These dolls are new to me. I am now 73. I started to sew at 13 on a converted singer treadle. They were Barbie patterns given to me by my Aunt after she made me outfits for a ken and not a Barbie but a Debbie doll. I have since sewn outfits from them and others and now we are up to the 18 inch dolls. I am enjoying your tutorial. Learning about these new dolls is a trill at my age. I also knit and crochet things for them. This would include baby dolls of course. Cannot help myself from making doll clothes. Before sewing I use to steal my mom's little hankies and scarfs and wrap them around my little Debbie doll to make gowns. I just love all this new stuff on the virtual convention.
I am always learning about new dolls too. Some of my fondest memories were the Christmas mornings when my Barbies were all dressed in new outfits made by my mom. She too still sews for dolls. :)
That dress is so beautiful and you make it look so easy.! I love watching you sew! Thankyou for all the tips. Poppy Parker must compare to a Barbie doll in size! From you fascinated Fan! Gail Weston!
OMGosh!!! Soooo Beautiful!! Except I was looking for something similar for an 18" AG DOLL (American Girl). I sure hope you would CONSIDER doing many patterns for AG Dolls. Would love to make this!! Thank You. Sincerely, Denise
I don't have any American Girl patterns in my line, but I have recently collaborated with Creative Fabrica and made a few free patterns available in that size. You can access the patterns from our homepage. Just put the word free in the search box. www.fletcherpatterncompany.com

You are so welcome! Poppy is very similar in size to the Silkstone Barbies.
This turned out great! It was one of the patterns I was hoping you would show! Also, love the background music - it's the best one yet.

Me gustaría saber si usted tiene una revista de patens qué pueda ordenar please thanks
No tengo una lista impresa de los patrones. Se enumeran por muñeca en nuestro sitio web.
I found a lot of the ultra thin Velcro on Etsy
I have seen the velcro on Etsy too. It can be a handy tool for doll clothes.
