On 16" wheels I like to ride seated at higher speeds. Riding the Sherman is a different story- it's a blast to ride standing above 40mph!! I put my S20 deposit in so I'll probably be in batch 3 or 4 which is what I wanted. I'll definitely be putting Clark Pads on the S20, apparently the stock pads aren't very good.
@@Duf - After seeing some of the recent videos on it, I can see why! Looks like it’s going to be an incredible wheel. I was happy to get in about 10 miles today on my V11. The weather hasn’t been the best up here this winter. We were up to the high 40’s today, so I had to ride! It was awesome to be back on my wheel!
I'm saving for this wheel. Out of all the wheels I see videos of the V12 seems to be the best all around wheel. I have a 16s so this will be a big upgrade. I wanted a big wheel with with suspension but I don't ride hard enough to bother. I think the V12 can be the last wheel I buy unless it dies.
Yarh Shawn, They ruled out neuropathy, so I'm looking at surgery, to help correct three bulging discs in my lower back. I don't have a date yet, but that's what Im facing.

I have been dealing with lower back pain that I am sure is nothing compared to what you have been dealing with and it frustrates the hell out of me as is. It really is true that if you don't have your health, other things start to matter a lot less.

@@Duf No, I thought the same thing. I saw someone who put their wheel upside-down with the pedals on two chairs, to see if the tire wasn't seated correctly and everything was okay. Sometimes it doesn't wobble, but after about 1/2 hour it starts wobbling. I thought maybe the tire is getting warm and increasing tire pressure. I saw Where Chooch said he over- inflates his V12, but he's in a whole different rider league than me. Some of it could be somewhat inexperience, but I have 700 miles on my first wheel and 500 on my V12.
You must have missed some of that Tesla series. I DID sell my Model Y, and then bought a LR model, using the profit from the sale to pay for the difference :) I have had this one since September.
Mosfets problem is not relaited to high Speed more when you torque wheel or brake Hard. But mosfets tent to wear out after time so..... Take it easy. 100amp mosfets in a 100a volt wheel liveing on the edge. Gotway has 124v mosfets so more headroom there....
Apreicate the real time speed check , showing the speed, im leaning on v12, just got so much negative on it from other rider vidoes, you seem to really favor this wheel. any issues of concern to share ? , thank you
The mosfet issue is a legit concern for some. However my wheel has been fine and my riding style generally does not submit the components to massive spikes due to extreme braking or acceleration. It's still the best 16 inch wheel I have ever ridden.

The V12 rides nicely at 30-35 mph and yes, going above that makes the wheel feel a bit sketchy. However knowing you have headroom is absolutely great.

Unfortunately my body geometry/flexibility makes riding seated on any 16 inch wheel an impossibility

@@Duf yeah I used to use the split ride mode but I noticed I can accelerate faster if I have it turned off I hit 30+ on it more consistently now

Hey duff just got the v12 today but man it’s hard to ride coming from a onewheel how long to did it take you to learn a euc for the first time
Took me a few weeks but some learn much quicker.

My V12 wobbles so bad at high speed. I've lowered tire pressure as low as 22, same thing. What pressure do you have?
If you do a lift test, do you see wobble in your tire?

I think I read somewhere that you have to be at 90%+ charge level to hit 43mph
I started at 100, I could have hit 43 but listening back it started beeping at me at 38-39.
