Seems like I remember a drop down tab when creating a coupon that lets you send to only return customers . I have never had any luck with coupons. I currently have a markdown sale going, as well as promoted going. Have mixed feelings about that. Will probably do a markdown sale again , but will be more selective in what items get marked down.
Someone else said coupons not worth it too so maybe ill pass then - I always get a good boost when I do promoted and sale but yea being selective can help especially with items you know should sell for asking rate

I believe I heard cha Ching king say that it’s not worth to do coupons because no one ever uses them and he has not gotten any sales with it
