Te Hoka ki Te Matatini: Waioweka bring Ringatū faith to Te Matatini

From the South Island back to the north, to the Mataatua region. We fly now to Waioweka a small town just out of Ōpōtiki, the home of the Waioweka kapa haka. Waioweka were once guns at national level. This will be the first time the new team of Waioweka will head to nationals under new tutors. They will take with them their Ringatū faith and the death of their former tutor Eric Kurei and their relative Ngapo Wehi.
