My husband doesn't care much for chicken, but tonight he lapped it up. We had it with masala bread, which went perfectly fine with this dish. Surprisingly, my husband asked for an extra slice of bread and 2 helpings of chicken ! That was a big reward for trying out your recipe. Thank you for this recipe which was half Asian, half Continental going by the spices/ ingredients. Thoroughly enjoyable !!!
