You have to take out each of those T10 LED bulbs rotated to 180 degrees and then insert it on the socket, cause they have single polarity. The car courtesy bulbs and trunk bulbs are Festoon type which has reverse polarity due to this you can insert those from any end out of the two sides.
LEDs are more sensitive than the ordinary ones when it comes to electrical consumption. When this happens, try to check if your electrical system is in good condition. Be sure that the contact points of the bulbs are clean and has good flow of current. In some cases, the LED bulb may not be compatible with the current electrical system of the car. One of the reasons why others modify their system with new relays and such stuffs. I agree with what Logesh1316 says, if the LED bulb doesn't work, just unplug and reverse the contact points. They do only work on single polarity.
I'm not entirely sure if this would work but have you tried rotating the bulb? Because the socket would have a positive and negative terminal and LEDs don't work if the polarity doesn't match (I'm assuming I'm using the technical vocabulary properly)
I wasn't sure about the spec of it since the owner of the car bought it. The length of the bulb is approximately 1 and a half inch. Perhaps try searching "festoon led 12v dome interior map light", you can find something similar to this bulb.
Sorry I couldn't provide. It was the owner who bought it, so I don't have an idea about the model he bought. Try searching for "festoon led 12v dome interior map light". You might find something similar to this LED bulb. I hope this helps. Thanks.
@@sutan8888 if you are asking what bulb fits the Hyundai Venue dome light, and the 2 front dome lights they are all 3175. I bought the Sylvania ones because I read they make a higher quality LED bulb. I've been using them for a few weeks now and they are excellent. The trunk light is also a 3175 on Hyundai Venue. I assume most dome lights for Hyundais are 3175. The one shown in this video is a 3175 as well
I recommend wearing gloves doing this as the bulb terminals are sharp. I cut my index finger on one of them.
Thank you. Will consider that next time.

What would cause the led bulb to flicker like a strobe light? And I installed leds on the license plate cover and they won't even turn on any ideas

I see now; I mistakenly was going under the light housing, and not the lens.
Yup. Goodluck with it.
Mine stoped working after installing led ,any idea what might have happened
Same. This happened to me too. Did you figure out how to fix it?
