This is one of our favorite Indo-Chinese recipes. The flavors of the veggies come out very well in this Chinese fried rice recipe. Best paired with Manchurian .
NOTE : ONLY 2 MIN IF BOILED RICE
Fried Rice Ingredients:
Rice - 1 1/2 Cup ( Soak in water for 15 mins )
Salt - 2 tsp
Lemon Juice - ½ lemon
Oil - 3 Tbsp
Ginger Chopped
Green Chili - 2
Carrots
Capsicum
cabbage
coriander leaves chopped
Salt - as per taste
Kali Mirch ( Black pepper ) - as per taste
Soya sauce - 1 tsp (dark)
Vinegar 1/2 tsp

You are right. But not every soya sauce has onion and garlic in it. Because authentic sauce sauce should have just fermented soya only. Read the contents on the bottle while buying. Thanks for writing to me.
