One thing that's been super motivational for me (especially with cardio) is podcasts- I never used to like running, but I also felt like I never had time to listen to podcasts. I started listening to them while running and it made me look forward to working out, plus they make the time fly by! So if anyone's looking to get into longer cardio training, podcasts are such a help!
I`v been working out with a personal trainer for a couple of months now, it might be almost a half a year and it changed my life completely! Pilates based workouts are amazing for the core - tightens and flattens - if you can try a Pilates reformer class - I cannot recommend it enough 😊 great vid 👍❤️

there's an app called couch to 5k which is good for gradually improving fitness as it's interval walking and jogging, even i can do it and i'm SO unfit it's unreal x
I had the same, so i started swimming! I really enjoy being in the water, so i started by doing 10 laps and i built it up to 30 mins of swimming. It never felt like exercising! After 2 months or so my fitness level improved and i started doing fitness classes and 6 month later i'm even running. That's quite something because my favorite place is my bed and my favorite activities are eating and napping
You should check out Blogilates here on TH-cam. I've been working out with her for a while, and I can really see and feel the difference. She makes monthly calendars and beginner calendars, so you don't have to think about making a routine yourself. Good luck! :)
There are plenty fitness workouts for beginners here on TH-cam. Fitness Blender are absolutely amazing! Take it slow, keep at it, make sure you warm up and cool down and as soon as you see yourself progressing, you'll be hooked. Working out for me is a very mental thing, I feel irritable if I don't sweat it out and rest days are tough for me because I just love the endorphins and mood boost after a good workout! Oh and the shower you have after drenching yourself in sweat feels so awesome as you really earned it. Plus your skin will glow afterwards 😃💪

Wow this is really amazing! I wish I could have such a routine.. I work out a lot over the summer when I am home and have time, but when I have classes I find it much harder to get a routine down! I'll try it again in autumn :D (I work out at home though or go running :))
Yep, their Run bra is the only one that has ever locked my chest down entirely, and their Shaped Support sports bra is my go to for kickboxing training. I can do my HIIT warm up no problems and still not be too stifled for moving my body into the mechanics/rotations. I do recommend going up a band size though for when you first buy one because its tightness can be off putting. :)
Girl your fitness videos motivate and demotivate me at the same time😃 I was super fit two years ago and then my work got so time consuming and I moved and I basically lost all my strength and gained 10 kg... Now I really want to get back in shape, but whenever I try to get into a routine something gets in my way or I'm just to lazy to stick to it. Any recommendations to stick to it and motivate myself?

Looks like you're doing awesome! I remember when you got into running but had to pull out of a race and couldn't continue - I wondered if you still suffer from that injury or how you recovered/got around it? I've developed tendinitis in both knees from going in on a workout too hard and it's really getting me down!
As for the workout clothes I love H&M tops and sportsbras it works perfectly for me and eventhough they are super cheap they last a good amount of time :)

my workout is basically pilates 2x week! I have been mountain biking once a week but still have a long way to go! I will join a Yoga class this month but I don't know if it is good to do pilates and Yoga on the same day, is it ok?

I'm the furthest from a fitness expert, but I've always been instructed that to "bulk up" you need to do fewer reps with heavier weights and to get "toned and lean" you need to do more reps with lighter weights. Is bulking up one of your goals?

For Sports Bra - definitely Shock Absorber (Active Multi). I struggled for years to find a sports bra with good support, and this one is really good.
