It comes from the Blast Processors' Metal Destruction song, which is an all time favorite.
Metal Sonic sounds VERY menacing right there (like he is supposed to)
One of the problems I've had with a lot of the Modern Sonic games is how they treat Metal Sonic. He was designed with the only goal of killing sonic by any means necessary and every time the two clash Sonic has to give it all he's got just to stay alive, let alone force Metal to retreat. Sonic never actually gets to finish Metal off, because Metal knows when to disengage from Sonic. He's got time and this song Exemplifies all of what makes Metal such a great opponent. Hopefully with his appearances in new game he won't be relegated to one boss battle that's way to easy.
I agree they just made him worst in the games but in the idw comics when he gained his neo form back he was a menace. He was also able to go super neo metal sonic(that's a mouthful)
You watched a Sonic Movie where Metal Sonic Was Programmed to be like Sonic and saved others but he had to kill Sonic because it should give just one Sonic
And the Movie is From Sega but really old
Sonic Mania makes it somewhat blurry what happens to metal. It’s like 3 different boss fights, and metal just disappears and the phantom ruby falls down, making me think he warped away

I’ll listen to Khamydraim sing ANYTHING and call it a masterpiece, but lyrics that go THIS hard only make his godlike voice even better. I LOVED that, ESPECIALLY Act 2!
I LOVE this voice direction and characterization for Metal here. Despite him typically being the silent type, you can always practically FEEL his rage toward Sonic, and Khamydrian’s performance with these lyrics portrayed that very well. The “I do not breathe. I cannot feel.“ section was my favorite part, really reminded me of NEO Metal in terms of dialogue. Big fan of Metal, big fan of the cover! Well done.

I didn't expect Khamydrian to have a non-robotic Metal Sonic voice, but it's perfect! I loved the references to Metal Sonic songs and covers, like "Metal Destruction" and Zac's Mania Metal Sonic cover. Another unsurprisingly great cover, as usual.
