The grand celebrations of Xmas in Metro Manila were lessened because Phil President told the public specially the govt offices not to spend the xmas displays extravagantly due to the previous succeeding typhoons that claimed the lives of many Filipinos & destroyed many houses in the provinces & he wants us to condole with them
