Worked out the placement of point of interest tokens. There is a section in the rules regarding random placement of tokens. Basically place a token in the centre of the board section b/c/d and then flip the scatter token move the PoI token 8 inches in that direction. Do this twice for each section.

Honestly really cool plot! I like this one much more than the initial one..
Looks like a fun concept, but the rules seem pretty nebulous. I'll keep watching as you figure it out, though!
