    Helps a lot listening to you--
    accepting that my fear is more and less a part of daily life--like brushing teeth, hugging my dogs, smiling at my partner's bright-eyed smile, taking a walk (daily rituals, mostly) really helps keep the calm. Thanks for this well-spoken reminder!

    Thank you so much for this talk, Gil. I am about to head to the hospital for a surgery and you helped me shift perspective on my fear and I feel much more at ease.
