I actually love this episode but most youths don’t do drugs because they want to be cool and that’s what the older generation doesn’t understand. The generation is filled with depressed children with serious complexes highly fuelled by social media. Most people are looking to escape and parents aren’t communicating the right way. It’s more or less peer pressure that is tapped by the loopholes in youthful lives

As a Mental health therapist I would agree with you that this part of health has being seriously ignored. And our religiosity isn't helping it. It is making people feel they are possessed when in actual sense they are just ill and needs treatment. I wish I can get the platform to talk about mental health truly.

I really enjoyed this conversation. I never knew about this doctor before now. I will check out his content online. I'm a strong proponent on health information, especially with the Nigerian spaces. Some diseases Nigerians suffer are preventable, but they need access to information.
