    I did a "side lunge" the other day ollieing off a two block I could really "feel the burn"

    Even I got my own dumbbells, this is a great video! As a skateboarder, I am getting buff for my videos and look great on my skateboard on my regular day.

    I always do some push-ups, dips, leg-raises and pull-ups at the end of my skate session. I do not know why it did not cross my mind to use my board as an implement :) Thanks for the great exercise tips! You have great view there in the parking lot, I love such places with no people and good concrete!

    All good exercises.
    I use a TRX sometimes and have thought combining it with a skateboard would add a dynamic to the work out. But I would need a pull-up bar over concrete and that would be hard to find.
