I have no idea why anyone would give you a thumbs down on this video. I am terrified of the skew chisel, so I use several different tools to end up with the same result. I think the idea of attaching the hook and loop material to a dowel to sand the inside it is great. I have had a terrible time trying to decide where the bottom of the scoop should be. Inserting a light is brilliant. And how you turned the offset handle is amazing. Thanks for the great video. I will be using many of your ideas in the future. I love your small sanding tool. That is the first thing I am going to make when I go out into the shop this morning! I am also reminded that I need to look at those carbide tip tools that I inherited and never used! Thanks for your work here!

It is really great to se someone take pride in their work and even strive for a higher standard. I am a woodturner too, and though I have been turning 25 + years, my greatest satisfaction is in learning something new or learning a new method in turning. Thanks for the great video.

Great video with a twist on scoops--never made one with an offset handle and yours looks so cool. The big collet chuck was also new to me. And the work light was also an inspiration--perfect bowl thickness.

Meine Güte, war das spannend! Da ich mal gar keine Ahnung vom Drechseln habe, dachte ich jeden Moment passiert was. Und am Ende kommt aus so einer Riesenmaschine so etwas Schönes. Ich bin schwer beeindruckt.
