ok,click on create video when that pic ur video and then when u get to the page of picking ur title for the video you well look down, and there well be a few setting but go all the way down and there were be the setting for the comments👍(If u didn't onderstand this is ok bc is too long)

How does TH-cam let u have comments like whenever i upload a video with action figures on my other channel it just disables them :/
