I wonder is Kevin knows the "always welcome" feature which you can purchase with your life points or something. Like the long life potion from earlier episodes. When you get that always welcome feature, you can do anything you want in someone's house and they won't get pissed. My sim lived in someone else's mansion till he died

You could also turn cheats on and reset every sim that tries to kick you out. That's my favorite way to do it hehe

there is a mod/cc by ravasheen on tsr that actually works, it doesnt have the animation but its functional! its part of the "thats what she bed" collection, i think? (and though it is nice to have any bunk beds for sims 4, it would be REALLY great if we could not rely on cc to fix things that probably should already be in the game - if not in the base game then when parenthood pack was added lol)
i remember someone watching a video where someone used the in-game build mode cheats to create some sort of bunk bed, i don't remember how to do it tho
