Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but the soma cube is a specific puzzle with certain pieces, it's a 3 by 3 cube, but there are 7 pieces, 6 made up of 4 cubes, the last of 3, making 27 in total. There are many variations of pieces making the 3 by 3, another being the half hour cube. Still a great puzzle you've made ! 👍
That's a super wee puzzle - is it what they call a Soma cube? And a really nicely made video. I always admire the picture quality in your vids; is that due to camera and lighting or are you treating the images in your editor? Thanks mate and a very happy Christmas to you and yours!
Thanks Mark! It must be a Soma cube, when I Googled it the results looked close :) Besides it taking me 4 months to edit a video I do not teat the images. I used Canon 60d and then I have some LED lights above that are 5500k Happy Christmas to you as well! Hope you are staying warm!
Great way to enjoy your time in the shop. Filming is 👌
Rare moments these days but it is fun 😄
Thanks for watching!
That is fantastic! The pieces fit together so well and it looks great!

Thanks for watching!
Hi, very interesting video! And very nice machine you’ve made :) may I know how you make the wooden plate moving front and back precisely?
In the video description, there's a link to the block post that shows the pieces are required to make it.
Thanks for watching!
