You're a gem. My goal is work in phases. Please show what we may be able to build within budget ranges; like $20,000 under, $40,000, Above $55,000. This would be a big help in understanding how far one can plan in phases (phase one patio and main structure and phase 2 fire pit and seating wall and raised garden beds).
Once you have that $100,000 plan in hand, you can implement it over time. $20,000 this year, maybe another $10,000 in a couple of years, and so on. I think it's actually good to NOT implement it all at once. How you think you will use the space might not actually be how you end up using it. Keep the hardscape simple so you can tweak your plan as your needs and tastes change. When I moved into my house, I wanted an English garden vibe; Ten years later I'm all about embracing the mid-century. But if you have a plan to follow, then you know that you aren't wasting money doing things that you will only tear out later. Cheers! Disclaimer: not an expert...
Thank you Michelle. I'm excited too!! I think this series will help a lot of people create an amazing backyard space! I can't wait to hear about how yours turns out. The next part will be out Tuesday. Have a wonderful evening❤. Thank u for your support😊
Whoop! Hi Carolyn M! Kudos for your simple, positive comment! Thank you for Subbing & commenting! We need thumbs up along the way and appreciate yours!
In addition, a simple step: make a list of the major things you want and need. Don't forget to mention boring things like drainage, irrigation, and lighting. This list helps ensure you cover all things needed in your design. Then, you can ensure that you do not overlook something as you dive into the details of each list item.
Just stumbled on your channel...Just started to work with an Architect to work on some house design ideas...Love your creativity and knowledge on what might work best...What info is needed for a design quote?
Just found your channel and love the content. We just purchased a new home and considering engaging your services for help on the outdoor space. what type of outdoor heaters do you recommend?
A pool like a spa is very nice but that also requires a lot of maintenance. Cleaning, vacuuming, closing the pool for the winter etc.. Personally I like a backyard with the least zero maintenance possible.
Lol. The rewards of a Backyard far out way the maintenance. I don’t think u will realize it until u create it but a backyard living space can be both relaxing and entertaining. U can have the best of all worlds and if your worried about the maintenance hire someone to maintain it 😊
No, but we can help u with the Design of your space wherever u live. Feel free to reach out here paradiserestored.com/contact-us/ I will send over our process video and pricing brochure and then we can schedule a zoom meeting if it seems like a good fit for you.
I've been watching you for a few months and I'm just having issues on trying to not just subscribe but to get information on how to contact you. As far as a design team, I wish you would share more information on your TH-cam channels, but maybe your limited? I'm not sure.
