    Hi, thanks for sharing. I'm using mine for the first time, today. I'm nervous about the pressure. It makes me feel as though ill be up all night scraping food off the ceiling. You've help remove some of that anxiety. Wish me luck.

    Thank you so much for taking the tome to demonstrate how this pressure cooker works. I also bought one and no, the trivet doesn't come with it. I used the trivet from my 17yr old Tower pressure cooker and the baskets too. i was considering how to cook mince and dumplings today, having watched this i now have a good idea. i used it as a slow cooker yesterday and could nt find how to get the low setting selected, as the cooker readily selects medium. i think you have to hold the Texture button for a few mins and it takes you to low. Thank you so so much for helping me.

    Very good mate, I would only add less water as the meat and the onions release a lot of it under heat, but it looks tasty. I also bought one of those and I am very happy on haw easy it makes eating healthier home cook.

    Great review...thank you. Would be curious in the timer and its setting, say starting later in the day ready for dinner time.

    • @OldFoodGuy
      @OldFoodGuy  2 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Hi Tina. The timer has a 2 hour delay then it counts down and starts cooking, when it has finished cooking it turns to warm and keeps food hot until you want it.Hope that helps

      HI Tarasa. The Texture only works on any of the preset buttons , but not on manual setting. The preset buttons are pre programmed to the right time for your food. Use them first to get used to cooking times. Hope that helps.

    This is wonderful. Just found you when I was looking for info on the very same machine!, the price is great too. Just one thing, I wanted to use one to make yog or prove bread, which the John Lewis one (for £60, still cheaper than an Instant Pot) will do, if if they ever come into stock again ! So please. , is there anyway u cld check maybe on the most gentle setting, or manual setting, if yiu can set the temp to abt 36 degrees which is what the temp shld be to make yog or prove bread!! Thank you sooooo much. Do yiu hv any more tips please. X

      Thank you sooo much for replying so quickly. Hubbie went to Asda , and bought the last one. On line now it says all stores are out of stock. We saw this one on Sat, and I was dithering … did I want it … yes .. no… and after seeing your video … yes I did ..so off he went even though internet said no stock and he found it!! We had not put it back in the right place …. So now, I will be looking at yiur videos again. Thank yiu so much ! I didn’t really want to do yog, but it was the setting that u cld prove bread on and I do make a lot of bread. Never mind … I am v happy to own this now thanks to you. X keep up this brill channel. Graham why don't you put a tin of baked beans in to replace the kidney beans . I hope uoh put yourself over chilli or stew or spag bol in tubs with lids and freeze them for easy meals the chilli you would only have to micro wave rice to go with it and make sure the tubs you hse can go inmicro wave I use the foil cartons for left over stew or spag bol and pop them in oven and heat up to aks sure they are warm right through love fran xxx
