I found this presentation informative and inspirational. I live in a neighborhood where many households have a dog as a family member. It has been a awesome adventure for me on my walks in the neighborhood. I learned the dog's name before I got to know the adult's name walking the dog. With time, the dog and I became friends and always had an interaction each time we met on our walks. I met Iris Grimm years ago at a Pet CPR/First-aid certification class. Since that day, Iris and I have had a strong connection because of dogs. I always refer my clients, with newly adopted shelter dogs, to her for help with training. Likewise, she always refers people, who need a pet sitter or dog walker, to me. Recently, I began my studies to become a certified dog trainer. Iris has been my inspiration and role model. My pleasure, Mo. When I started training dogs, I was already a leadership coach. And when I listened to dog owners' stories, they reminded me in many ways of the conversation I had with my coaching clients. It just took me a while to create an approach to merge them.

I grew up with dogs, mostly German Shepherds. Then another shelter dog which was a husky/wolf. But my girl now, is at another level.
