Do you where i can download otoshu (sound shooting)? I only have it on my Android, and not my iPhone. It’s very laggy when i play otoshu on my android. Pls help.
As someone who literally lives 2400 miles away from the nearest IIDX cabinet, I'm blown away by seeing so many Lightning Models just casually chilling out in all these arcades...
love that you kept some of the banter between you and your friend in some of the shots. makes the video feel a lot more personal for lack of a better word
I'd never heard of Otoshu, so part bullet hell part rhythm game?! that is freaking wild! loved that retro rhythm game section some great classics there, including crack'n DJ I wish I could've had the chance to play it sounds fun! sadly don't have a round 1 anywhere near me but hopefully someday?! would be nice to get a taste of some of those later rhythm games like SDVX and the more recent IIDX and GF/dm games.
Maimai was honestly my favourite out of all them and I just randomly tried it on a trip in the Philippines and Im really into it. It kinda sucks that my country doesn't have it though.
I love all these games so much, and it's such a shame we have to go through so many hoops to play these as Americans/Europeans/Canadians/etc... I need to go to visit Japan one day... that looked sick. Crazy how you're pretty good a so many rhythm games!
The valk cabs are so good, my local Round 1 got one last year and it's a huge upgrade over the old SDVX cabs. I am forever raging at Sega for not officially bringing their RGs to the US though. I would single-handedly keep my local R1 in business if we had Ongeki and MaiMai lmao. We finally got Chunithm at least, but the cabs are all offline... EDIT: 11:31 is that an employee doing cab maintenance or someone who just dropped their combo on the last note? 😂
@@DOGEELLLthere are like a couple dozen places with rhythm cabs in all of western europe, some of them private/invitation-only... it's sad but there's still hope
Got it over in Japan actually 😂 the brand is Radio Eva, it's a pop up store, though they do have an online site I think but I'm not sure what they sell there
I still feel like I can just walk out my door and be steps from the game panic. Cant wait to go back already!
I miss game panic 😭

Okay, that last game having "R U READY" spelled out as notes in the chart is pretty sick
iirc quite a few of chunithm charts have illustrations and words in them, world's end have special gimmicks too for select charts

12:10 shoutouts to the guy playing YumeYume in Project Diva somewhere on that floor haha

i genuinely never knew that otoshu was an arcade game as well.
oh and the main character is voiced by nanahira, which is a nice touch ngl.
Glad to see what you experienced in your travels! I'm going to Japan myself in about a year or so. Hopefully I get to enjoy it as much as you did
Looks like you had an awesome time! I’ve always wanted to go to japan someday, and this video makes me feel like I’m really there! Great videos!!

Imaging having an Arcade in your Country 😭
