Thanks for the good work, I would like to downscale other cmip6 gcm other than those in the Canadian website, how do I go about it. I have daily observation data, historical and future gcm data as well as the NCEP-DOE/NCEP-NCAR predictor files. How do I handle all of this?

A similar process for all CMIP6.
1. normalization of Observation, NCEP, CMIP6
2. Screening
3. selection of best predictors
4. Prediction for observed period and model calibration
5. Future data generation.

Canadian files provide me with NCEP-DOE Files and not NCEP-NCAR files how can I deal with that?

You'll need to go following the proper steps. Use NCEP/NCAR data as a predictor for the current period, while GCM is as a predictor for a future time. The observed data will be used as predictand.

Generally, Bias correction is not needed as we did the normalization before the downscaling in SDSM. If you need it. I will send it to you.
