      I can t believe that her as Maddies mother, sending Maddie to sleep in a bed with her adult boyfriend does not count as child neglect or child endangerment!! I,m outraged along with alot of others that at this time LE can,t charge her with anything!! I watched Vinnie last night, was part of our wonderful Grizzly Raid😊, but still find it shocking that no arrests for Jen Soto. Thank you for all you do and your hard work G for us Grizzlies, we really appreciate you❤.

    • @redwoodtrail
      @redwoodtrail 2 หลายเดือนก่อน +40

      If she didn’t always drive Maddie and she walked sometimes, why would the mom suddenly need “help”? It’s a story and a bad one.
      So she needed a good night sleep and claims she needed to take her meds… as if she didn’t take the meds daily? Did she take an additional med for sleeping or anxiety that caused deep sleep? She woke up for the dog leash so she wasn’t in a deep sleep. It makes no sense.
      If there’s a master bedroom, why would your ex boyfriend go up to the extra bedroom with your daughter? Why wouldn’t he be in the master with her or the living room?
      Why did Maddie have a makeshift bedroom in the living room but there was bedroom #4?
      I wonder if the roommates heard or noticed anything.
      When the detective asked for the roommates contact info, it’s when her “anxiety” peaked….
      She didn’t flinch when the other detective shared she was with sex crimes….. if my child were missing and suddenly homicide, child sex crime detectives were speaking with me.. I would be so scared and would have a million questions and she just said ok.
      She was so tired and didn’t want McDonald’s and was sleeping in the car but got dropped off super early for school to walk the rest of the way? Makes no sense.
      And the mom also mentioned she went to pick her up and usually waits around about an hour for school dismissal… why? Seems so strange if Maddie sometimes walks.
      I find it strange that the bedrooms doors are numbered as well mixed with the tripod. I can’t help but think some horrible disgusting things happened in that room and then it comes back to how didn’t the mom and roommates know?

      That stood out to me as being completely unreasonable! My daughter is 12 and can do anything I can do! She doesn't need anyone to make sure she showers and gets ready for bed! They're trying to paint Madeline as unable to function without them. Very weird.

    • @Helloskyyt321
      @Helloskyyt321 2 หลายเดือนก่อน +19

      THIS!! My thoughts exactly!!!
      I have 4 kids and even when they were all toddlers I did it without any help! Now help you’ve been nice when I was getting no sleep because I had an infant & three under 6 but I still didn’t ask for help!
      Not saying there’s anything wrong with needing or asking for help BUT you ask for help from your mom, your grandma, your aunt, or another HIGHLY trusted adult. Not an EX BOYFRIEND that you barely see!! It’s not adding up! It’s a terrible lie!! Also she did NOT need help with a 13yr old!!!! Maddie was THIRTEEN! Plenty old enough to dress & feed herself! The only way you’d need help with a 13yr old is if they were mentally or physically disabled. Maddie was neither! She didn’t require assistance in the shower or in bed!
      Also Jenn had family close by! Her mother actually kept Maddie most of the week anyway! Why not ask her mom for help ??? See could’ve rode the bus to school on days mom was “too tired”.
      Nothing about this story or situation makes any sense!!!

      @@tll224There is a certain IQ level where people basically seem capable because they can mirror others for appropriateness, learn to not cause conflict and are basically happy. They are the people that don't overthink things, barely think it through the first time. They occasionally blow and can't control anger when things confuse them. It's right on the borderline of mild intellectual disability. I can see this being mistaken for depression and a host of other things by a bad family Dr. or disinterested shrink. Then they just pile on the meds. I had therapy clients like this that I always struggled with bc I thought they were capable of improving the cognitive/behavioral link. They weren't. So in seriousness-how unintelligent and medicated is she? Secondly, what is her SA history? If everyone from Grandma to birth dad are abusers/victims she would have zero idea what is normal or appropriate. As in maybe she should not have had full custody of Madeline.

    I've watched this a month ago. But I kept it up to watch again later. Then more and different cases come up. We are asked what stands out to you. I doubt after a month my thoughts matter. But here's what stands out. I've had to do a lot of bloodwork due to my own health issues. They always ask me to fast 12 hours before blood is drawn. I even had an argument with my doctors appt. setter. I have vampire hours. I go to bed at 4am and wake up at noon. I don't get home from work until 10-11p. He insisted a 10am appt. Not possible. His worry was that any later and I would have breakfast or coffee. You can't even drink a soda pop or coffee before bloodwork. What I'm trying to say is her timeline has to be pinpoint precise. Which I'm not sure she is capable of doing. If she gets home from work, then eats dinner to take meds. She would have had to eat/drink no later than 10 pm to make her 10am fasting/bloodwork appointment. Am I the only one who noticed this? She doesn't even mention fasting. It's not a concern. No one has asked her what her bloodwork was needed for. Doctors don't ask for bloodwork just for the hell of it. They are trying to find out what is wrong. For me it was to see what is wrong with my lungs. I'm not a doctor and avoid them when possible. But one would think that when doing bloodwork they are trying to find out about a specific complaint the patient is having. Whether it be diabetes, lung issues, perhaps even mental issues. Since Jenn is so apt to tell us what meds she takes and what they are for. Even telling us about PTSD, but was that self diagnosed? Did she go doctor shopping to find a doctor who writes scripts like candy? Regards to finance, she sounds like a person looking for an excuse not to work. To file for disability, you have to jump through an awful lot of hoops and do a series of tests to prove you are not capable of working. It makes me wonder if she ate her sandwich and took meds after the fasting period to throw the bloodwork test off. On purpose. If one has the next two days off. Your broke and on a budget. Dependent on disability checks. Only people you will see is the bloodwork people and family. Who cares if you are having symptoms from missing your meds on Saturday. Acting crazy. Family is used to it. According to Yolanda, via the Jenn blogs, Yolanda never believed Jenn would amount to anything anyway. This is where I get angry. No one in my eyes is off the hook for failing this angel who just turned 13. It's hard enough to turn 13 without all these people around her failing her. But I am also not blaming police for diving into these questions because police aren't trained to ask the right questions involving medical issues. But the main question is...What was the bloodwork needed for?

    A thirteen year old girl doesn’t need a grown man to help her take a shower, brush her teeth, get dressed, etc. And certainly doesn’t need a grown man sleeping in the same bed with her. That is straight up inappropriate and sexually unacceptable. Thats abuse. What kind of mom needs help walking her dog, getting a healthy 13 year old ready for school. Thats laziness on her part. And yet he moved away and didn’t live with them so he hadn’t been helping for how long? Why this night did he come back and this happen?
      She claims she needed a good night sleep and mentioned her medication… wouldn’t she take her medication daily and it not be a big deal this evening unless she was taking more than prescribed or something out of the norm like a sleeping pill? But Maddie was 13 and it sounds like she often walked to and from school… why did she suddenly need the help and ride this morning?
      Also what is the deal with the birthday party? What kind of mother doesn’t attend her daughter’s bday party? She excused it because she had work but why not schedule the party on an off day?
      There’s so much that just didn’t make sense. Maddie was so tired and changed the McDonald’s plans because she was too tired then why leave that early and get to school so early? Why not stay at home and leave closer to school time? Because it’s all a lie and a bad one.
      And the family made the posters and she seemed annoyed with the media contacting her…. She said there’s not much to say.. hello!??? Keep your daughter’s name and photo in the media.
      It’s hard for guilty people to portray their idea of innocence… it’s come off way too nonchalant. They forget to show the worry and fear emotions they should be showing.

    Ok for me the thing I picked up on was that the reason Maddie and stefan were sent upstairs to room four was so that jenn could have a good nights sleep for work right?? Then later she says when she wasn't there when she went to pick her up 'maybe I forgot to tell her that I was picking her up today coz I didn't have to work that day'!!!

    23:00 She asks if the cops will take her phone forever and cop responds that he hopes to give it back to Madeline. Interesting how mom sees an end but the cop that doesn’t know anything fully expects to return the phone to the missing person. Oooo! I could just 👋 her. How spry she is while her dead child is rotting in the Florida sun, yuck!

    I listen to so many of these tapes of Jen during the interviews. There was not one time, not one! That she sobbed or put her head down and cried her tears were rolling down her cheeks. Not that sad over the loss of her daughter. This is a mother that had something to do with it.

      @Veruska75 2 หลายเดือนก่อน +2

      I sadly agree. I even suspect her bff Stephan might have told her he “accidentally” killed M, or that he “just found her dead, help or they’ll blame me”…something like that. It is unfathomable that she isn’t crying or just totally broken down. She chatters, laughs here and there. There’s something sorely missing in this woman. Empathy, compassion and Love for her child is nowhere to be found. It’s just me, me, me, I, me, I and Stephan. She barely says Madeline’s name.

    All the red flags and the lack of concern for her daughter, who's "very forgetful" and missing. Jenn refers to Madeline in past tense when describing the relationship between Stephan and Madeline and at other times during this interview. She said Madeline would move so much she would end up on top of her by morning, but sends her 13-year-old daughter upstairs with her bf to a double bed while she slept on her king sized bed with the dog. That is so disturbing. When you showed the picture of that bed and it's only a little bigger than a single bed, it just rubbed me the wrong way. Jenn has changed her story from what she said on the news to what she's telling this detective. She seems more concerned about Stephan and his poor elderly parents than her own daughter. Why would Jenn sit at the school for 1 hour before school gets out, then never goes inside to see what's holding her daughter up. She just pulls away after 10 minutes. I think she knew Madeline was "gone." Not one time does Jenn ask, "Why are you asking so many questions about Stephan?" It was heartbreaking to see the note in Madeline's notebook describing what the "trauma" she's suffered is causing her. How a mother doesn't notice those behaviors as an issue is downright neglectful?
    There's so much we could discuss, but I thought the cause of death for Madeline was strangulation? That's what Court tv released a while back. Thank you so much for sharing and everything you do Gisela for all your subs. ❤❤

      There was evidence, we were told, that Madeline had been sexually abused for quite some time. And evidence of recent sexual abuse. No way this “mother” didn’t know. Sending your 13 year old up to sleep with your ex-boyfriend on the regular?? That’s very freakin far from normal.

    • @rosethomas7374
      @rosethomas7374 2 หลายเดือนก่อน +2

      there has not been an official cause of death released nor a time. the corner noted with corcern the broken thyoibone ( (sp) which shows strangulation but it is not listed as cause.
      Cororner also observed some blunt force trauma.
      There has been a massive documents and photos release recently and FOIA applies to all of that's been released.
      Content creators and True Crime streamers have the investigation results and discovery through their FOIA requests.
      The LE and other agencies are certainly been doing their utmost for Maddie. They have to be feeling her horrible pain that she was forced to live with every day.
      One saving grace for Maddie is that people knew her to possess a higher beyond her years maturity despite her young age.
