Male lion's live is not easy in Kruger Park

- This male lion was film close to Satara camp in Kruger Park.
He was alone without a pride or coalition partners.
His condition is poor and is underfed.
To be a lion in the wild is very tough especially for male lions outside a pride or a stable coalition with other male lions.
His world is super competitive and only the fittest really do survive!
So sad to see the old male lion by himself , injured and so thin 😢😢😢! Lion’s life is so hard .. it breaks my heart💔💔💔! praying for him 🙏🙏🙏
I always feel sad when I see an animal like this poor old fellow.

This is always heartbreaking, he made me wonder how is the Eastern Bank male is doing? You know he was caught in a snare and this one looks like he has been too. I wish we could get rid of the snares and the people who put them out!! They could use some jail time, fines, and something of theirs taken away. The snare is just so inhumane. Thank you for sharing this with us. Last time Eastern Bank male was seen, was on H3 S118 was in bad shape and they said he may not make it. I think they said he was under a tree.
Always sad to see it makes no difference the age, the pride, or coalition, they came from. All that matters is they do one of 2 things, get better or pass peacefully.
I could not watch any animal starve to death, i would rather see anything else as to see one starve.
My big red was the best Pitt bull i ever met had him for 13 years and thats long for a pitt bull. He couldnt even walk but i just could not take his life it wasnt for me to choose when he closed his eyes forever, that was up to him. Hardest thing i have done was try to make my big red at peace and comfortable to leave me. He wanted to leave like so many do so he took one last trip in January 2023 to my brothers, that had passed away in 2016. I knew where to find him, when i got there he was still alive but looked like death, i picked him up put him in the truck and brougjt him home. Within 24 hours he had passed away in my sleep. He was more then my dog, he was like a son to me, he was not just my best friend, he was family to me. With tears in my eyes i picked him up and cleaned up the mess and took him in my yard and burried him.
I had 13 wonderful years with Ole Red. I think about him everyday, i miss him coming to my side of the bed laying his head on the bed looking up at me so sad trying to tell me something. Something about him not feeling good i wished i had of given him more attention i wished i would have taken better care of him. Dont get me wrong i was a good mom to him and he didnt hurt for anything, but i still felt that i could have done more. Thats how i feel about the lions the cheetahs the leopards all of them. I feel as i need to do more before its too late...

The lion was the old S90/Ngotso South pride male that was pushed out by other lions for his pride.
The current status on this lion is unknown...hope he manages to make a comeback somewhere else...
So if this video was taken in February the 8th or 9th,, why show it now and not say it, so you don't have any information of his whereabouts now,?? So what pride was he from?? Can you be more specific, with a name!!!?
I have a question in reference to a collar, for a cat lion, for example if I wanted to donate to put a collar on a lion, is there any restrictions or can any resort allow it, I want to see why not, but as you see what goes on in these resorts I would not be surprised, I would not see why not, it would be for their best interest 😊
This line is a good example, of why we should do everything and our power and strength to help them there will be a shortage one day at the raiders going right now with these lions and wildlife, it will be zero I guess the government from Africa Andy's resorts are not worried about that right now, but when it hits their pockets I'm going to be here smiling😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊 and without the respect you have nothing to do with this I just wanted to make my point, today's malicious people

Regardless whoever he is God bless him 🙏🙏🙏, yeah I agree it's really hard, even if you are alone, makes it harder, so if you want to hunt you're out in the open, how to watch a bag with all these other Lions passing through, so heartbreaking❤❤❤ it would be nice if you can get some more information on him, yeah he needs a little tender love and care and so my poor lion, do you have any idea how old he is, I've always said scruffy skinny regardless the situation I love my Lions any idea where coalition he's from
