Hey all! It’s not laziness, it’s about convenience. Who really wants to interrupt your creative flow by having to go get your most used supplies? Definitely not me! I love your storage solution. I use a kit bag because I don’t have as many as you do, but I have used your storage solution and think it’s better because of the ease of viewing. Love it! ❤

Enamel dots are my favorite embellishments!!!! I use this system and I love it too!
Lazy here, too. I have my enamel dots in a storage bin like yours. I still have them in original packaging for several reasons. If I get low on a particular color, I know where they came from to reorder. The other reason is that I like to keep everything by manufacturer. I don’t keep them by color cuz I’d have to cut them apart and I just can’t make myself do that🤦🏼♀️🤷♀️.
It definitely takes time to sort them by color. Your idea of knowing what company it is, is a good idea. ❤️❤️❤️
I think I like this storage better than the books. So far I have not cut my packs apart. I keep telling myself to do that but just haven't. I'm lazy! I was doing so well with my ephemera and then fell behind

Mine are kept in a very similar way, I just store the strips in a divided desk tray. Now I can see really quickly that I have plenty of yellow, but could buy more navy, etc. Your system looks great!

Oh, I would love to see what you ordered from the new DB collections. I'm in love with the new EIEIO and grad collections, but it is expensive to buy all the things. I've got to take a closer look and see what I really want versus what I can pass up!
I will do a long awaited video on what I’ve purchased from DB the last few collections! I keep forgetting 😬. I will try to work on one this week!

It'll be so much better to get them out of the original packaging. I'm still thinking about whether to divide by color or not. Thanks for sharing the info.
Doing it by color takes time but really worth it to me. I have fallen behind on my layouts so I need to get busy!!!

@@heatherbalzer7753 I'm still running about a week behind, but going to a day crop from 9-5 today. I am going to journal ALL day. Not my favorite thing to do, but should get ahead of the game.
