रणधीर कपूर की जवानी दिवानी, रामपुर का लक्ष्मण,हाथ की सफाई,कस्मे वादे,चाचा भतिजा ये फिल्में काफी सफल रही। हां जिसमें ज्यादातर योगदान अच्छे दिग्दर्शन और साथी कलाकार जैसे अमिताभ बच्चन, धर्मेंद्र, शत्रुघ्न सिन्हा ईनका रहा। राजीव कपूर की,राम तेरी गंगा मैली, सुपरहिट रही। लेकिन उसका श्रेय दिग्दर्शक राज कपूर और बढ़िया गानों को देना चाहिए। रणधीर कपूर की बतौर हीरो कईं फिल्मे १९७०-८०के दशक में आयी लेकिन ज्यादातर फिल्में चलीं नहीं।
