It's so funny how they call a girl or woman he or him. Instead of call the girl or woman her or she. Whoever translate does not know the difference between the way to refer to the females. A man or boy is he or him. Everytime I see it I laugh at it.
I would tell him to go take an extremely long walk off an incredibly short pier. I've worked for bosses like that, who treated staff like indentured servants with no lives outside of work......staff turnover was SCARY. Shortest time someone lasted as his PA was 2 hours. I lasted a year and a half before I got a better job, but I wouldn't take his shit. Told him if he had a problem with me, as a person, to fire me and I would sue him. If it was my work, that was different and I'd take the criticism on the chin. He tried allsorts of mind games but didn't work as I'd just come out of a relationship with a violent/manipulative ex and he was a beginner. I wasn't sorry to leave - sometimes I think he liked picking issues with me because I wasn't a nodding dog for him. Either way, he was a NIGHTMARE.

@@jeannieanonie7932 I have noticed that a lot of Chinese drama's start with a childish, silly FL and a controlling ML but then halfway through he suddenly falls in love with her. He then turns into some some simpering cuck and she starts treating him completely different, like she don't care about him. One or both of them with have a phobia of the dark or water or something
Because she has to be pure and childlike innocent, that's how they see that crap. You can't be well groomed or have dignity to be FL in the majority of Chinese dramas. Honestly, I hate the doormats more than most characters. It's not ok to lie and manipulate, but it's even worse to be a worthless stupid idiot.
She, Ningxia is a good actress...jolly and energetic and diligent worker
