An interesting Q & A session.. i enjoy your natural style/practical info and the just do it attitude (safely!).. lovely part of France..in 2005 I toured SW area on a pre-vtec VFR800..based in Melle… fabulous roads in the region across to La Rochelle, Cognac etc.
I’ve never done trail riding..similar age to you and it is tempting…I’m looking at a fly ride tour in Morocco at present…we will see. Atb..Alan..NW London UK.

Very good, I have 3x 300 2 stroke enduro bikes as well as a T7 among several others. The reason I have so many 300 2 stroke enduro bikes is because I find them to be the most fun and enjoy the type of riding I can do with them. Feel free to check out some of the my vids if you like.
Maybe soon I will update and get another one 😄

Happy Adventures Mr B, new workshop coming whoop whoop.. The gasgas really seems a great lightweight option for some off-roading...

Proper enduro bikes make regular trail riding easy, and enjoyable, but also lead you to start trying harder and harder stuff, until you're struggling just as hard on the light enduro bike, as you were on the heavier adventure bike! If, you happen to have my particular personality defect :D

@@robocombo Thanks for watching. I have found that I have more confidence to tackle harder stuff because the bike doesn't weigh as much as a small car.

What is the reason for the eight hour gearbox oil change?.... it's probably obvious,...I can take any sarcasm!!

Thanks for watching. The user manual recommends a gearbox oil change every 10 hours. The bike has an hour counter so it's easy to see when this is due. The bike is a two-stroke so no engine oil but the gearbox has a separate oil reservoir.
