My Top SRS Anchors

Just wanted to share some of the anchors that I've found most useful this last year. I still love a short rope for removals and MRS, but when it comes to SRS and pruning, I have no trouble using a nice long rope. With the base anchor style I usually use I always have the perfect amount of rope. I've been using the Texas Tug more and more especially in lions tailed or otherwise poorly tapered elms, maples and ash.

Thats actually a bowline WITH A BITE..kevin Bingham uses this .he did seminar on tree stuff..and his favorite re direct was on a clove hitch ..he calked it the joey tree redirect
