Quang my friend? Next time make the Tomotillo Avocado 🥑 salsa homemade... Not just Tomotillo... That avocado makes a big difference and adds richness to the salsa... It taste much better than the store-bought kinds by a mile... The spicy kick and the freshness is out of this world... I use to make it all the time... Your father in law would approve... They would go perfect with these Birria tacos 🌮
This aint birria but its still pretty fire, i made something almost exactly like this last week but with beef cheek instread of oxtail, youre right about the menudo part, what you made is more in par to what a type of menudo broth (theres multiple types of menudo) would be like. You're missing some key ingredients for this to be birria so I could only imagine how much yall would love the real deal if yall had it. This is still pretty fire tho dont get me wrong
