According to the Disney Villainous Wiki Site, Lucifer's ability is considered ongoing. Any time a Hero other than Ball Gown Cinderella is played or moved to Lucifer's location, they are immediately trapped. When Lucifer is moved, either by Bruno or an action, Lucifer traps all Heroes at his new location. Any Heroes at Lucifer's previous location remain trapped.

I don’t like the fact she has no vanquish Action on her card.

Yeah, it can definitely be a headache. But she does have cards in her deck that remove heroes from her realm, and this way you don't have to dig through useless allies to get the cards you need.

Why do Lucifer card have powers at the bottom of the card? What‘s for? she doesn’t have vanquish action.

I know this is an old video but I cannot find the answer anywhere. Ball gown Cinderella puts BOTH slippers in play on defeat. However, afaik, the cane is the only way to get rid of ONE slipper (not two). So how do you get rid of the second? Do you have the cycle through your deck twice?

Hi there! Lady Tremaine's Cane is an item card, not an effect card. So once you play it to your realm, you don't have to discard it to use it. However, you don't get to automatically use it's power when it's played. You have to play it, and then activate it. But you can activate it as many times as you want and it will still be in your realm.
I hope that clears up your question! If it doesn't, please let me know, and I'd be happy to try to re-explain!
