Great home, love white cabinets throughout. My preferences are a flat island, shower bench in MB with a handheld, replace desk in utility room with storage, remove fireplace and enclose area into a closet to make pantry and master closet larger and add a coat closet.
LOVE this home. Love the layout and the colors of all the finishes. My only dislike is a microwave above the stove. I don't like that in any home, and I am sure it can be put elsewhere and a range hood installed. This is a winner, saving it to my faves.

Nice house, good counter space in kitchen, I would like the pantry a little bigger tho. As for the white paint scheme, I'd break that up a little. Too much white makes you think you're in a psych ward.
You need to show the front of the islands, you only saw 3 drawers for that big of a kitchen and 3 is not enough, if there are some in the island that would be nice to know.
I was sort of finding the kitchen a little too dark with that wall ... But maybe it's me .... Otherwise very nice house, surprised that it doesn't have an additional family room being a 4 bedroom ...
Thanks for giving your feed back. It got a little over cast while I was inside and the lights were off. That may have had some to do with it. It was all natural lighting.
Bathroom right off of kitchen? Master bedroom right off of living room? Not great placement for these rooms... Common problem with MHs. Areas that require privacy are rarely separated with a hallway...
I'm admittedly a kitchen freak. My only issue s are 1) that the shelves for the cookbooks - they'd actually be better off with just 2 shelves at each end so the cookbooks can be upright. Who wants their cookbooks flat?, and b) why, oh, why is the pantry on the far side of the dining room?
Hate that LR, TV waaaaaaaaay too far away! Wouldn't be able to read the channel line-up! NOPE! That blue faux brick looks like c--p! Pantry waaaaaay too skinny! Nope! AGAIN no handheld in the ma. shower. I should start designing these things! LOL
Not a fan especially with the Master Suite right off the Living Room. In my opinion the house seems stale & a lil boring nothing in this home pops out & scream wow factor to me!
I love that the kitchen is off to the side it doesn't hit you in the face as soon as you walk in

Check the link in the description. There is an easy fix for the wire racks and not very expensive.

Don’t like microwave over stove and need more drawers in the kitchen
