He’s the weakest 4 cost 3star, of course is strong but take in mind this guy has 6 behemoth 6 dryad 3 star annie wipes out the entire board, sylas, kayn, galio, nautilus, are at least 3x times stronger than ornn
I wasn't talking about how good he actually is, it's just that the fact that his ability changes so much and, instead of giving a single item to one champ, he gives an item to everyone. Usually 3 star 4 costs are simply strong through numbers, so such a drastic change in his ability felt more like a 5 cost.
And also, with what you're saying it seems that riot has made 3 star 4 costs much stronger in this set than before, which is cool
