Looks like a bug, since the item should prevent gaining mana all together
It's a bug. Gnar was hitted by Shroud of Stillness so he got mana again.

Hmm this may be a bug, but when you got the banshees he was able to gain mana and ult again, if you have not reported it you may want to.
It wasn’t banshees he got hit by mana reave from shroud of stillness. It is a bug tho

Wow, those support items really helped him pop off by giving him some much needed tankiness.
at stage 6-2, vampiric scepter got bugged ahahaha. gnar gain mana and cast his ability.
It's because of the mana reave from Shroud of Stillness, it somehows broke the mana prevention from Vampiric Scepter and made him able to cast again.
I'm curious about how good would this be with a 5-cost 3*.
Also, the "no casting" effect got ignored during the final batlles. Bugged?

I'm worried about how it works with Bard
i'm just worried they will ad it again, i've played set 1 and i don't want to see this item ever come back or with a different effect, but the de-starring effect is not something i feel would be enjoyable
@@Elypsen I'm also worried about it. I just think that if it does, Bard would probably be the best applicator or Sivir based on how it interacts with Trickshot and their abilities
