General RAAM with this theme is 10/10,sure they're were other cool character ultrasound with eyedol's theme,but General RAAM looks and sounds like your absolute nightmare
You should be making two videos called Killer Instinct- Gargos: Double Ultra in Eyedol's Theme and Killer Instinct- General RAAM: Quad Ultra in Eyedol's Theme videos here on TH-cam.
The Gargos recap was only for style. It's not like it was an actual overpowered thing. There isn't a reason to remove it when you have other shit in the game that actually does need nerfing, like Spinal's lvl 4 skeleport ender. The damage from each hit in that is almost the same as the stab in Arbiter's active camo ender.

It was probably just to broken or he was able to get big records with it possible or thought that gargos was most easiest character to get around 200 thats my guess or just able to make people play the game
